Australia Post is currently minimising contact during dispatch and delivery. Our online checkout has a notes section that allows you to leave a special message for the Postie. If needed, please use this when you check out to give your Postie specific instructions regarding your delivery.

Australia Post advises that Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery.
While we use one of the top tier postage services for NZ delivery, current delivery times are sporadic and delayed. For this reason we have removed any delivery estimates. We would like to remind customers that delivery times are not within our control.
We can guarantee that your package will be submitted to Australia Post within the next business day of your order being received, but once we have submitted your package to the postal services, the delivery timeframe is outside of our control, and not a reflection on our service. Current postal delays are a reflection of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and postal services are doing the best they can in these unprecedented times. If you place an order, please be patient.
In Australia, the shipping’s on us for all orders over $100! Postage for orders under $100 is $8 via regular delivery with Australia Post which is a trackable service. You also have the option to choose Express Post for $10 if you want super fast, trackable delivery (next day service in most city areas).
Place your order before 2pm and we guarantee that we’ll have it shipped out the door on that day! We appreciate ‘Skirt Emergencies’, so if you have an extremely tight delivery timeframe, or special delivery request, give us a call – 1800 047 494.
There are three two postage options available for New Zealand. Both are trackable services, so that the package can be tracked.
– Standard NZ delivery with tracking, approximately 4-10 working days $12;
– Express NZ delivery with tracking, approximately 3-5 working days $25.
Please be aware that the above postage services to New Zealand are calculated in business &/or working days and do not include public holidays and weekends.
For International orders (other than NZ) – there is flat rate postage of A$35. All International Postage Services are sent via a trackable service, so that the package can be tracked.
Products are shipped from Mooloolaba in Queensland.
Shipping labels are automatically generated from the shipping information you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility as the customer to check your delivery details are correct (for example unit or house number, post code, etc). Incorrect delivery information may result in a delayed delivery by Australia Post which is beyond our control, regardless of the type of shipping option you choose. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect details, nor can we issue refunds for items potentially lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information.
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. If you’ve received your order and have determined that you need a different size (style or colour), we want to help you get the right size fast. For this reason, we offer a free size exchange for online orders within 60 days of purchase with no additional shipping charges.
